You will be responsible for the following Assign sales workers to duties Authorize payments by cheque Authorize return of merchandise Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes merchandising and personnel matters Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Order merchandise Establish work schedules. You need to meet the following qualification Completion of Secondary school is required.1-2 year of experience in retail trade is required.Fluent English is required Your hourly wage will be 21. 10 days of paid holiday or 4 % gross salary is provided.This is a full-time permanent position.
