This position will be responsible for property management duties including managing tenant relations and assist tenants with problems and special requests answer phones monitors reception desk and greets walk-in visitors cleans and maintains common areas of the office coordinates requests for repairs and maintenance for CCS fleet vehicles and properties maintains fleet vehicle records prepares notices in accordance to landlord tenant laws and assists as needed with opening and closing of utility accounts.Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Day)QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a positive and cheerful personality continually demonstrate professionalism as well as be flexible self-motivated and eager to learn.High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required ONE (1) YEAR Administrative office experience is required preferably working in a Property Management or Real Estate office setting OR a satisfactory combination of higher education and relevant experience Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office (work excel outlook) Good customer service attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential Knowledge using Apple products is a plus Typing speed of at least 40 wpm Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver s license maintain a safe driving record and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.Pay & BenefitsStarting at 15.00 per hour DOE.
