Position Motel ManagerWages CAD 25.00 hourTypes Full-time PermanentWorking hours 30 40 hrs weekBenefits 4% of vacation pay Job Duties Plan manage and evaluate overall motel s daily operations Create implement and update policies and procedures Maintain and monitor records of budgets revenues funds and expenses. Perform financial activities including setting budget and room rates and assigning funds to departments. Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the motel Build relationship and negotiate with vendors on provisions of materials and suppliers Communicate with clients (customers) when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities address their complaints find solutions to problems offer information etc.) Recruit hire and oversee training Oversee all staff and set work schedules and shifts to ensure productivity Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
