Creates work orders and maintains maintenance records within Maximo our CMMS system. Carries out a continuous effort to improve operations work processes and works cooperatively and jointly with fellow employees. Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance knowledge of hydraulic systems knowledge of heavy duty Diesel engines and equipment. Requires some skills in the use of computers skilled in interpersonal relations skilled in oral and written communication. Sets up safety equipment. From time to time this employee may be called upon to perform other duties as deemed necessary by his supervisor.ResponsibilitiesMust have a minimum of one year auto mechanical experience. Knowledge of Diesel engines farm equipment and other heavy equipment is preferred. Must be able to lift and move objects of 50lbs when required.. Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement. A minimum of 6 months of heavy manual labor experience required. Construction experience preferred. Must be able to frequently lift and move objects of 50 pounds required. Possession of a valid Driver s License and a good driving record are required. Must be able to work under all weather conditions required. Must be able to perform on-call duties on a rotating schedule required.
