Customer Service Agent

We are a staffing agency located in Bellflower CA. We have a client they are looking to hire call agents through our service. The starting pay rate for this job position is 15.00 hr. This is a long term temp to hire job position. I cannot guarantee that you would get the job at the end of your interview.Job DutiesCustomer Service call agents for inbound and outbound to schedule appointments on behalf of Samsung. Must have excellent customer service written and verbal skills. Ability to dictate customer concerns and problem solve. Available for flexible schedule including weekends (a plus but not required). Punctuality and reliability is a must. Ability to type at least 25-30 wpm. Termination can be a result if you are late requesting constant days off not complying with company policy.
