Clean and care for job location in order to ensure they are maintained in a safe and timely Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include the following (as applicable to the property) Cleans restrooms to include disinfecting toilets sinks and floors and restocking restroom supplies as needed (as applicable to the property) Removes trash and dispose of in designated areas Reports and repairs emergency maintenance problems and or environmental hazards immediately Drives a company truck to and from the job location Maintains a valid driver s license with a good driving record.
