Position Housekeeping SupervisorTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWorking Hour 30 40 hour weekWage 21.00-24.00 hour (depending on experience)Benefits 4% Vacation PayJob Duties Supervise and co-ordinate housekeepers and janitors duties Inspect cleaned areas to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met Recommend or arrange additional services required such as repair work replacement of furnishings and equipment Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities in between departments Resolve work-related issues and prepare reports for the superiors Recruit and train employees in duties safety procedures and company policies Order and manage inventory and supplies Prepare budget estimate costs and keep financial records Job requirements 1 2 years of experience in cleaning services at accommodation facilities or previous supervisory experience required.
