Job Description Read and interpret blueprints Qualify to drive a forklift Proper use of measuring instruments ResponsibilitiesMove staged material to work area Set up and weld per requirements on blueprint and routing Inspect first piece per inspection sheet Properly complete routing sheet Properly complete time sheet Move materials to next phase of production per routing sheet Operate all equipment in a safe efficient manner Other reasonable duties assigned. Education requirements Reading comprehension and basic writing skills in the English language Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision Must successfully complete an in-house welding test Notes about job VERY HOT environment. There is growth potential benefits and OJT (on the job training). After being hired on there is a 1 conversion raise and then a step program based on performance at 60-90-1 year reviews. Dress code is steel toed boots jeans and t-shirt (no offensive info). As a temp to hire weekly pay once converted goes to bi-weekly.
