Basic Math Skills add and subtract up to (3) decimal places Basic Math Skills calculate a tolerance range determine if a number is within that range Tooling setup and maintenance. Qualify to drive a forklift. Proper use of precision measuring instruments. Job Duties Move staged material to work area. Review blueprint for tooling requirements. Review blueprint to determine number of brakes and logical brake sequence Select inspect and set up tooling. Form first piece and inspect per inspection sheet. Properly complete material issue sheet. Properly complete routing sheet. Properly complete time sheet. Move materials to next phase of production per routing sheet. Operate all equipment in a safe efficient manner Other reasonable duties as assigned. Education Requirements Reading comprehension and basic writing skills in the English language. Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision. Physical Requirements Ability to lift to 40 pounds on continuous basis. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to bend and stoop twist and turn for long periods of time. Ability to move (push pull) large pieces of metal from staging tables to machines. Qualifications.Notes about job VERY HOT environment. There is growth potential benefits and OJT (on the job training). After being hired on there is a 1 conversion raise and then a step program based on performance at 60-90-1-year reviews. Dress code is steel toed boots jeans and t-shirt (no offensive info). As a temp to hire weekly pay once converted goes to bi-weekly. OVER TIME IS OFFERED Customer does want to interview and we have interview dates and times at the branch.
