The PeopleReady Branch 1151 located at 1531 Moore Ave. Pueblo CO 81005 is currently hiring a Packing. Job DescriptionPreparing boxes of fresh produce to supply food banks. Prepare deli and produce items for grocery stores. Sanitize machinery after all production is complete. May lift up to 30lbs at times. Stand on concrete floor to loading different items into boxes. Very fast paced shifts are 8-11 hours long must wear face protection during shift. ResponsibilitiesEnsure repack orders are filled as complete as possible. Check quality in each case while palletizing order. Fills individual containers (bags or boxes) with specific quantity or weight of produce item or items. Weighs individual packages to verify that the correct weight amount of product is enclosed. Place stack finished product onto conveyer. Label each piece package according to customer and wrap for shipment. Folds tapes corrugated boxes. At end of shift the employee is responsible for cleaning worktable and surrounding area. This includes wiping down table with a rag and sanitizer and sweeping floor. Assist team in any other capacity. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Report an accident incident immediately to supervisor. Follow any other requests or instructions given by management.
