I am a semi-retired General Contractor with 37 years of experience in the construction business. I have all the tools and knowledge to remodel repair demo. and build any project you would like done. I operate most heavy equipment and am able to build roads level areas for house pads and footings dig and install pipe culverts small water dams and landscaping.Fire breaks defenseible space for all the improvements on your property remove brush fall buck split and stack firewood shop drawings blueprints and engineering are a few other skills I have to help you with your project. My specialty is cutting stairs and building decks. From design to materials generating plans and blueprints and getting your project through plan check and recieving your permit. If you do not require a permit I will work with you to design and build what ever it is you need I have worked on many projects residential and commercial and have a great deal of knowledge and experience on both. I am looking for a position where I can apply my years of construction experience in the building and maintenance of an estate improvement of property and maintenance overseeing vineyard improvements and maintenance caretaking and security of your property or business and most anything that I feel I can be responsible for and complete with what I am capable of. I am looking for a place I can park and live in my 5th wheel with power and water receive a reasonable salary and have a reasonable work schedule that can be negociated depending upon my responibilities and hours in exchange for my services. I am flexible with most project requirements and responibilities so if you have any need for my services lets talk and we may be able to work out an agreement that works for both of us.
