Hello Parents I am a recently retired dual certified master degreed teacher with 23 years experience working with students in grades K-12. I have comprehensive and indepth experience pariticularly in teaching special needs students including those with autism. I can provide up to 20 hours per week as your child s teacher or the teacher of a small learning group of as many as 4 students. I will provide in person 1 1 instruction. Having worked many years as a special ed tacher with a self contained classroom it is normal for me to create and deliver individual programs for students ranging from nonverbal who received discrete trial trining to mentally gifted who received accelerated programs. I am also available for sessions to supplement your child s current remote learing program or to assist in development or remediation in the areas of reading writing and math I also offer enrichment programs in French yoga and dance.I would like to stay in the Center City area or up to a 20 minute walk to Center City.Please call Melissa at 215-266-8563.
