Machine Operator Header Boltmaker Nutformer - Wayne County Ohio - JOB 20-00359 Salary Range 40K - 55K Permanent Position with Benefits. A well established and growing manufacturer of exotic metal components for the defense and other industries is seeking a Machine Operator. Key responsibilities are to Set-up and operate nutformers boltmakers and headers. Parts inspection. Perform machine maintenance as required. Trouble-shooting of machines. Repair and make tooling when required. Perform complex and preventative maintenance with some supervision. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required Must have 3-5 years material handling and forming experience. Experience with the following highly desired (Nutformer boltmaker and header machines) Must have good troubleshooting skills Prefer experience with metal workings. A good understanding of material properties and forming is desired Ability to read blueprints (some are complex in nature) Understanding of operation of induction heating Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
