Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring for 1st shift Order Filler positions in Detroit Lakes MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a local manufacturing company. This position is temp-to-hire offering weekly pay. The order filler will be responsible for pulling filling picking packaging orders of steel accessories screws rails and related parts for outbound trucks. Must be able to read orders identify and pull product in assigned sequence correctly. Must maintain accuracy in product picked and documentation filled out. Must attach correct trim labels to product and place in correct staging locations. Stock inbound product in the correct warehouse locations on a regular basis. Job Requirements Must be detailed oriented and organized. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Bending stooping and grasping repetitively Ability to be on your feet for 8-12 hours on concrete floors Must have the ability to work without direct supervision Physical exertion is required -- bundles range in length from 10 to 16 . Bundle weight will vary from 10 lbs to 80 lbs. Two person lift will be used when needed. Ability to follow established safety processes. Must be willing to do other projects and tasks as assigned. Forklift experience is helpful but not required. Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred.
