looking for young doxie. prefer male but will consider any.

We are seniors who have always had Doxies. Our last little girl died and we are searching for a new companion. We cannot afford a lot but have a lot of love to give the right dog. He she must be housetrained. We do not want a puppy but an adult who knows the ropes. Our last dog was a senior when we adopted her so would like a younger dog this time who will be with us longer. Perhaps you know someone who has to rehome their pet Please think of us if you do.
