We are hiring an Office Assistant requires a highly motivated outgoing attention to detail individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Required Skills Must have typing skills with upmost accuracy 60wpm Must have Microsoft office Experience (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) Must have Excellent phone etiquette Must be Detail Oriented-follow instructions Must be able to Multitasking and Prioritize Must be good with numbers and math Will be typing proposals proof reading the proposals for accuracy. All proposal contract numbers much be checked and double checked. Work Along Side 2 Project Managers assisting with day to day communication task events.
