Two-Story IndoorOutdoor Rabbit Hutch
This is a used two-story indoor outdoor rabbit hutch made from natural fir wood and painted with a non-toxic varnish. The hutch is 33.5 tall in front and 32 tall in back 48 wide and 20 deep.The roof is shingled and has an incline for the rain to roll off. The top does raise up and there is a place for a hinge to be installed to keep the roof up if wanted.There are 3 doors for access in front. There is also a potty tray that slides out on the top floor for easy cleaning. Inside the hide I have laid a piece of carpet down but it can be removed (I used carpet tape to keep in place.)There is ramp inside that is shingled for easy purchase for the rabbit. You have the option to leave the door to the second floor open or closed.There is no bottom on this hutch as it is meant to be placed on the ground in grass. I have it sitting on a heavy duty folding table (I picked up from Home Depot). The table is NOT included.Hutch is in great condition with a few minor chew spots from my rabbit. It has been kept in my screen room and has never been outdoors and rained on.I do not deliver so please have the necessary transportation to get it home as it does not disassemble.I am asking 80.Thank you for looking
