Pilates with Patricia Limited Spots starting Aug Monday mornings

Monday mornings 9 30 a.m. 25 for 4 Mondays in Aug. 30 for 5 Mondays in Aug. Registration is a must. If there is room in the class we will allow drop-ins for 8 but call first please. Pilates is an interaction between body and mind that focuses on core stability strength flexibility muscle control posture and breathing. The perfect form of exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving core strength and postural alignment. Please bring your own Mat A towel and a bottle of water to keep with you.
