I am a retired male professional age 75 and in good health. I am looking for an apartment or house or in-law quarters with a move-in date on or after July 1. ( I am currently renting on a month-to-month basis but I am committed through June 30 ). I practice my guitar a lot each day. I need to be able to practice at moderate volume for 1 or 2 hours on any given weekday (or weekend day if no one else is present then). I would sometimes be playing a bit louder than room volume. I can practice with headphones most of the time and no one will be able to hear me. The rent I am willing to pay will depend on the situation but must be no more than 1350 per month if I am also responsible for water and electricity gas. I prefer at least 500 sq. ft. I am willing to sign a 12-month lease. Casita (in-law quarters granny flat) where my guitar playing would be more private would be an ideal set up for me. Or for example if you own a duplex and want to rent out one side while you live on the other side and you are gone for work say 4-5 days per week that would be ideal. A specific time of day for example only mornings or only afternoons to play at volume well that could be arranged.An unfurnished place is preferred. On-premises washer and dryer is preferred but not a deal breaker. Security is a consideration. I will have insurance against theft but I want to minimize the risk of having any of my musical equipment stolen. Other than the guitar practice I am VERY quiet and will mostly keep to myself. Depending on the specifics I may be able to provide some help for example watering plants inside and outside or feeding a dog or cat when others are traveling. I am very reliable and conscientious. I can provide character and credit references upon request. My credit score is above 800. Thanks for considering me.
