Job DescriptionAs a part of a lean and highly dedicated team you will lead the Food-service piece for the company. Developing the strategic business plan for the food service channel owning its P& L would be the top line responsibilities. You will develop sales opportunities with existing accounts by analyzing sales data minimizing order losses and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. In addition you will identify and develop profitable business with new accounts in order to increase market share within the region. You will sell to a wide range of businesses ranging from independent caf s restaurants boutique hotels through to schools colleges universities and catering. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts business development leading negotiations identifying the channels needs and propose an action plan for steady growth and profitability would be under your purview.Job Qualification10 years of relevant experience in foodservice HORECA. Experience of account management key caterers hotels and restaurant chains and QSRs in UAE. Food category experience mandatory.
