Project Manager Honolulu HIOcean Associates Inc. (OAI) is seeking a Project Manager experienced in managing federal contracts with staff in multiple locations in support of a federal agency responsible for the stewardship of the nation s ocean resources and their habitat. OAI supplies personnel support services on contract to government and industry clients for marine fisheries and protected species.Responsibilities and Duties In collaboration with the Program Manager the Project Manager will Manage all aspects of complex contracts including initiation planning scheduling staffing and technical performance. Ensure all customer deliverables meet or exceed requirements. Oversee reporting of task order status program risks or concerns organizational changes and personnel metrics and budgetary details. Ensure clear and direct communications with OAI s customers and management. Site visits to monitor quality assurance. Location Honolulu HISalary Salary and Benefits Commensurate with Experience.Full-time position. Part-time applicants will also be considered.Qualifications and SkillsAt least 5 years of program management experience managing teams of employees in multiple locations. Experience with federal contract management. Experience with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration preferred. Proven experience hiring and supervising administrative personnel performing a wide range of functions. Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor s Degree preferably in a relevant discipline. PMP Certification preferred.
