Looking for a bike and bike cart

I am looking for a bike with a bike with a bike trailer for my small service dog I am disabled so my only means of transportation is a bike with a bike trailer for my service dog. I have my bike at the park and someone decided to slash the tiresa and cut up my cart so It makeing it heard to get a around to work and other places right now so if anyone can help that would be great.
