Product Engineer - Solon Ohio - JOB 20-00157Salary Range 75K - 80K Permanent Position with Benefits. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Solon Company is seeking a Product Engineer. The Product Engineer s key responsibilities will be to establish and implement product design and manufacturing changes for cost reduction and improved product performance. Design circuits systems or structures as required by the sustaining design project manager. Conduct the calibration data collection and environmental testing of prototypes. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) Must have 5 years experience with demonstrated technical knowledge of circuits and mechanical aspects of resistive products or instrument design. Must have a good understanding of RF analog and digital circuit design troubleshoot and analysis to resolve problems and improve product quality and functionality. Must be familiar with electronic manufacturing processes particularly Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and final assembly test. Must have good troubleshooting and bench skills. Must have strong knowledge of analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to use modern simulation tools for circuit and field analysis. AutoCAD or other Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience helpful. Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) experienced. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Salary Range 75K - 80K Permanent Position with Benefits.
