WORKING CONDITIONS Position Processing Supervisor Vacancies 5 Remuneration 13- 20 per hour Working time 40 hours per week Term Permanent and Full-time Location 1220 St George Blvd Moncton NB E1E 4K7 Canada Language English REQUIREMENTS Education A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent Work experience 2-3 years of work experience in similar field of work as a food processing supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise plant production line workers with an emphasis on teamwork and excellent practices to produce the highest quality products Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Supervise co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Identify evaluate control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process Train staff in job duties safety procedures and company policy Prepare production and other reports Maintain production records and ensures production workers are completing records correctly and in a timely manner Start date ASAP
