Security guards ensure the overall safety of people and property providing a sense of security to the company and other employees.We are located at 102-2491 McCallum Road Abbotsford BC V2S3P5 and provide services across the lower mainland and the Fraser Valley.We are looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position with a compensation of 24.00 per hour for 40 hrs week.The job duties for the position include but are not limited to Receive log and distribute incoming mail prepare outgoing mail. Prepare correspondence and invoice pay utility bills. Answer calls and relay messages fax make copies and perform other general clerical duties as required. Process customers orders and monitor the order process. Purchase and maintain the inventory of office supplies make sure all office equipment is in good repair and schedule service when needed. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that online inquiries are addressed appropriately and promptly. Maintain and update client s information Prepare contracts and gather documents such as invoices expenses etc. for accounting purposes. Provide clerical support to the Business Development Manager The right candidate will have the following qualifications Completion of secondary school and a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions is required.
