Administrative Assistant - The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy 148The Medicine Shoppe has more than 200 independently owned and operated pharmacies providing care to Canadians for over 25 years.The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy 149 located at Unit 9-31205 Maclure Road Abbotsford BC V2T 5E5 is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent full-time position. The candidate will perform the following duties Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Order office supplies and ensures that the office equipment is in good repair. May prepare payment for office expenses such as utilities office supplies business expenses and gather documents for accounting purposes. Provide clerical support such as answering phones type print fax. Work directly with the pharmacy manager and provide support to all the personnel in the pharmacy. Maintain and update the filing system Other duties related to providing support to a very busy pharmacy. Skills required Completion of secondary school is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Fluent in English Attention to details Compensation 24.00 hr for 37.5 hrs week.
