Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a skin condition characterized by hard crusty nodules (bumps) that can appear anywhere on the body. These nodules are so itchy that they trigger a vicious cycle of repeated scratching bleeding and scarring that can last for years. Although there is no known cause of PN many sufferers have a personal or family history of Eczema or Psoriasis.At Center for Clinical Studies we are seeking adult volunteers ages 18 to 75 to participate in a research study for chronic itch with Prurigo Nodularis (PN). The study is for an investigational oral medication for individuals with greater than or equal to 10 pruriginous nodules present prior to signing consent.If you participate you will receive all study-related care and study-related medication at no cost and you will be reimbursed for your time.
