The Industrial Engineer s key responsibilities are to conduct time and motion studies Develop and evaluate pilot programs simulations and prototypes design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Conducts analyzes of the operation environment (identifies process inefficiencies and wastes for time money materials and energy. Conduct time and motion studies. Able to work a 2nd OR 3rd shift. REQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree in Industrial OR Mechanical Engineering is required. 3 - 5 years Industrial Engineering experience required Must work well as a team and with minimal supervision Must have good attention to detail and documentations. Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients vendors and internal engineering and production staff Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) experienced. Must be able to work either 2nd OR 3rd shift Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Salary Commensurate - Permanent Position with Benefits.
