There are four upper rooms two of which are attached to the main home by a walkway leading to another vast deck. One of these rooms is our Honeymoon Suite with a very large heart shaped jacuzzi. Guests relax on the private deck while listening to the waves as they break on the beach. The water is less than 2 minutes away. The buusiness comes totally furnished and ready to have quests upon purchase. There is an elevator and we are handicap accessible. Out By The Sea is the only Bed and Breakfast on the peninsula. The property is gated with many tropical plants creating a more private experience for the guests. There is room for expansion. This is for sale by owner with options considered.
