Pomeranian

Rusty our Pomeranian is a very loving quite dog in need of a family to love and care for him. He does have one medical issue which is congestive heart failure which causes him to cough when he gets excited but is not terminal or otherwise a hinerance to him. My children have allergies and have reactions whenever they pet him or play with him. He just needs a family to love him and care for him. I will include all leases dog bowls and any other items we have for him. He is only 8 years old.
