Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities -Greet and welcome guests as they arrive to the office -Answer screen & forward incoming phone calls and voicemails to the correct team member-Relay messages to any team member with accuracy in a timely manner-Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times-Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries-Maintain records of office supplies and distribute as needed to all personnel-Confirm daily manager s calendar is filled out and up to date-Perform administrative and clerical duties including mailing scanning faxing and copying -Provide management with assistance as needed -Manage general email inbox and confirm all emails have been answered and resolved-Perform data entry-Organize and maintain files -Willingness to run errands at any time needed-Distribute checks -Manage uniforms inventory and distribute to employees and vendors accordingly Requirements -Bilingual in English Spanish written and oral skills-High school degree minimum -Good attitude and willingness to learn-Punctual Professional attitude and appearance-Good filing skills-Computer savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written -Initiative and creativity to move along and prioritize projects-Good organization skills with great attention to detail-Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality-Ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously achieve deadlines
