The deck has a patio table and chairs for four where you can soak in the Santa Barbara sunshine. A large skylight window inside drenches the interior with sunlight and creates a great space to read or watch the palms sway in the wind. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room dining room and bedroom all have hardwood flooring throughout. The condo also has its own separate washer and dryer a microwave and ironing board. A sofa allows the condo to accommodate up to three people.
