4 Year old Poodle

I need to rehome my sweet 4 year old poodle. We travel too much to dedicate enough time for her. She is trained to go to the bathroom on a leash both am and pm and needs a pee pad during the day. Sweet girl. Has cataracts in one eye but no surgery necessary.
