I have RV spots for rent in Manor TX.The location is off of Cameron Rd and Killingsworth Ln in Manor TX.It s only about 5 minutes from E Parmer Ln and Harris Branch Pkwy in Austin TX.This RV park is very convenient for those who work in or near North Austin Hutto Pflugerville area.Currently there are 30 AMP and 50 AMP spots available. We don t do fix term lease instead we only do month by month basis and require that the tenant gives us at least 15 days notice before vacating. We charge a fix monthly rent of 550 which includes Electric Water and trash. We don t have a ground septic as of right now for black water therefore the tenants usually have a setting with an outsource septic guy who s on call for septic services and usually charge 40 per service visit each RV. We also require an initial deposit of 250 that is fully refundable when the tenant moves out provided that 15 days prior notice has been given.
