Position Pet Grooming Salon ManagerTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 23.00 - 27.00 hour (Depending on Experience)Hours 30-40 hours weekBenefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Plan organize and control the overall operations of the business Implement work policies and procedures for staff Establish and control operational budget and inventory Respond to customers complaints and resolve problems Recruit train and supervise staff Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies Provide excellent customer service skills Educational Requirements Completion of Secondary school is required. Experience Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of grooming experience are required. Should be able to groom dogs from start to finish and breed clips.
