Review shift logs daily memo books. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities services and hours of operation and local areas of interest. Monitor and direct all vehicle traffic on property to ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic. Communicate parking procedures to guests visitors. Arrange transportation for guests visitors record advance transportation request. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Monitor and maintain parking areas levels report any potential security problems to manager supervisor. Inspect property vehicles. Assist management in training scheduling evaluating disciplining and motivating employees serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment Open Door Policy process. Follow company policies and procedures report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager complete safety training and certifications ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional maintain confidentiality of proprietary information protect company assets.
