Unique situation

Hello my name is Mandy and my two girls ( 21 and 17 yr olds) have been renting 2 rooms with great family on peninsula in Newport Beach and we are VERY saddened that in a few months we have to move due to their ill parent and moving him here. My ideal place would be one very large room private bath and possible private entry in cities of Newport Beach or Costa Mesa My girls and I are very kind compassionate quiet drama free and very rarely do we ever have anyone over.
