This is a heavy duty industrial grade 300 amp welder (made in America) that can weld in arc or tig mode. It runs off of 230 460 volts single or three phase electricity. It has LED readout that shows the electrical volt and amp out put. It comes complete with a heavy duty factory made cart designed for this welder which also is designed to hold a gas bottle. It also comes with the tig torch ground lead electrical supply line 50 amp male electrical supply plug 20 pounds of nine different filler rods including brass copper stainless steel etc. It even comes with flux core and flux covered filler rods in case you choose not to use gas. It also comes with extra electrodes ceramic gas cups and 2 boxes of tungsten rods. Basically it comes with everything you would need to start welding immediately (except for the gas bottle if you choose to use gas). This is a machine that can be used at high amperage all day long without failing. It has been checked out and tested by a factory trained and certified welder repair technician.
