Ocean Freight Co-ordinator-Position Ocean Freight Co-ordinator-Vacancy 1 -Work Hours 7 8 hours per day or 35 40 hours per week (Full-time) Permanent-Wage 24.00 per hours -Benefit 10 days paid vacation per year Job Duties -Plan organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.-Export of goods and equipment and ensuring the Customs Forwarding Agent has all correct documentation.-Prepare and provide all import export documentation required by the nominated freight forwarder and maintain good record document library of such transactions.- Verify and Approve Freight Forwarder Invoices.-Schedule and dispatch products track and trace goods in transit freight returns and receiving- Conduct regular Freight Forwarder audits to verify company compliance with local laws and to identify any possible improvements or failings.- Ensure is complaint with all any regulatory requirements for import and export.-Train workers in job duties safety procedures and company policies.-Requisition supplies and materials Job Requirements -Experience Minimum 2 3 years of related experience-Language English is required-Education Completion of Secondary School Job Application Submission -By Email coshipcanada(at)gmail.com-By Mail HD Shipping Canada Ltd 1-20120 102B Avenue Langley BC.
