A medium sized architectural firm is seeking to hire an Architect or Architectural Designer that has experience designing single family homes and is capable of putting together a full set of construction documents (CD s). Must be capable of communicating and meeting with clientele to discuss projects and do presentations.REQUIREMENTSBS or BA in Architecture is desired but not required. Architectural Registration is a plus. Must have experience designing single family homes Ex. Mid-Level homes approximately 3K Square Feet. Must be capable of putting together a full set of construction documents. Must have strong communication skills. Must be capable of consulting with and doing presentations for clientele. Must be proficient with AutoCAD 2D (currently using v. 2018) MS Office Word Excel Outlook Seeking candidates that have an understanding of residential and light commercial construction. Other experience with residential projects such as custom homes and multi-family homes is a plus. Architect or Architectural Designer will be involved in all phases of the design process.
