Looking for roommate (malefemalestraigh tgay doesn t matter)

Hi I m in the hunt for someone who is looking for a place to rest their head and share rent with me. There s one catch with this. It s a one bed one bath apartment which means you wouldn t have a room BUT I have a sleeper sofa so you would have a bed technically. The bathroom is pretty big and I also have great WI-FI here. I m a neat freak so my place is clean and roach free lol. No pets please and if you have to smoke do so outside. 400 is not a lot to ask for considering you don t need to pay utilities PLEASE have a serious reliable job and be able to commit for at least a year. I m located right off of 501 so I m not far the mall Broadway or the beach.
