Looking for full time 5 or Multi axis Machinist in Mississauga Ontario 2 positions are available.Main duties and as follows but not limited to.Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints charts and tables or study sample parts to determine machining operation to be performed and plan best sequence of operations Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces Fit and assemble machined metal parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments Set up operate and maintain a 5-axis and or multi axis machining centers and turn-mill centre Qualification and Experiences Must have minimum 5 years experience in programming and setup of CNC turning and milling centers. Must have minimum 2 years experience in operation of CNC lathes. Must have minimum 2 years experience in operations of CNC mills. Must be fluent in FANUC and SEIMENS controls. Must be fluent in reading writing and speaking English. Must be technically inclined and have basic computer skills in MS Office products internet email and using digital cameras to create instructions etc. Must have secondary school diploma.
