Always.Your success is the focus of our entire business.We are hiring a Sr. Timekeeping Coordinator Payroll to join our corporate team working from a home-based office in the U.S. This is a remote position and will be performed out of the candidate s home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this work environment and needs to be reliable and readily available always throughout the work day. Benefits Schedule - Full Time Some flexibility in hours is allowed but employee must be available during core work hours and work at least 40 hours a week The Sr. Timekeeping Coordinator must have the following qualifications experience Interact with all employee levels up to and including the CEO Developing and presenting a new hire and ongoing training and compliance program Develop DOL State SCA compliance matrix to ensure timecard compliance Interface and resolution of issues with employees regarding timekeeping discrepancies Ensure Time & Attendance records are submitted on every employee within established deadlines Run daily reports to identify missing Time & Attendance records and contact employee accordingly Problem resolution and analytical skills Education High School Diploma required Associate Degree in Accounting Business Administration or related field preferred. Requirements Working knowledge in accounting and payroll data software program. Experience working with JAMIS is preferred. Must be capable of multitasking planning and organizing details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees. Administrative skills such as operating computers and 10-key calculator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products particularly Word Excel and Outlook.
