s www.globalchannelmanagement.com jobopeningsjobs(at)globalchannelmanagement.co mClient Business Lead needs 5 years of experience in financial services marketing or applicable business environmentClient Business Lead requires Experience in customer employee journey mapping from development through execution tracking and reporting (preferably in a financial services advisory relationship environment) Significant attention to detail experience Bachelor s degree Strong brand discipline development project management execution client segmentation and experience plus analytical reporting and tracking Extensive knowledge of financial products and services specifically focused on investments and retirement planning Ability to build and develop strong interactive business relationships across a variety of departments and management levels Strong analytical skills and desire to continually improve client and user experience Client Business Lead duties Develop customer employee journey across the value stream including the service model and client communications needed to support the journey Work with the business to gain buy-in for the journey and service model and the plan to implement the new model Create and drive execution of the plan to implement journey service model and client communications Partner with program team to understand the foundational KPIs that we ll use to track impact benefits when UD Prime goes live and identify opportunities for improvement Work with business to pilot and launch new model Develop and deliver executive and program level communications and reporting Provide additional program support and consulting as needed
