The picture of our store front below shows the old Frank s sign still painted on the bricks above. However because of its historic declaration we cannot control whether that sign stays or is removed. We also enjoy history so wouldn t want to change that. Just don t be fooled into thinking were Frank s all over again. We re a handcrafted gifts store full of WONDERFUL vendor-artists. STORE NAME Trinkets-n-Treasures STORE ADDRESS 709 10th StreetGreeley Colorado(Scroll below for hours)We own Trinkets-n-Treasures a small handcrafted gifts store in downtown Greeley next to Zoie s Cafe. As of the posting of this ad we have 34 artist-vendors who rent space in our store and we help them sell their things.Contracts run only monthly with a 14-day written notice required to vacate.What you can sell must be handcrafted very significantly upcycled or truly vintage or antique. Our artist-vendors sell very nice things thru our store and we never want anyone to think that this is a flea market or second-hand store.We only charge a 10% sales commission on what is sold which covers the fees charged on credit and debit card transactions. Vendors an light up their booths as much as they wish as long as it looks presentable and nice.We have a few spaces available now and a few more as of January 1st. Most of the year it is tough to get a space so if you can slip in and get a space do it when there are openings available. Here are the space options we have open either now or from time to time Full Booths 100 per monthThese booths measure 8 feet wide X 5 feet deep and vendor-artists can build upward as high as they wish as long as what they create is safe. Half Booths 50.00 per monthThese booths measure 4 feet wide X 5 feet deep and vendor-artists can build upward as high as they wish as long as what they create is safe. Shelf Only Spaces 15.00 to 30.00 per month depending on size and location in the store.These spaces are wood board shelving units. Each shelf measures just a little less than 8 feet wide and 12 inches deep. There are four shelves like this in each Shelf Only booth. We have two shelf only booth areas. Those renting the top shelves can build upward as high as they wish as long as it remains safe for everyone. Spin Carousel Cubby Spaces 5.00 per monthWe have a large carousel display piece that contains 20 individual display cubbies. Each one measures approximately 1 square foot. Vendor-artists selecting these spaces also have use of the sign boards right next to each one of them. Normally those sign boards are used for advertising the vendor-artists s web sites FB store pages contact information etc. You can rent as many of them as you wish at the same time. Consignment Selling Option No booth rental fee. 25% sales commission off what sells. Trinkets-n-Treasures will agree on what will be displayed in our store as well as on what their retail prices will be. Feel free to come in and talk to us in person and let us show you around.
