Duties include analyzing and providing advice on the managerial methods and organization conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs conducting assessments and proposing improvements to methods systems and procedures in operations human resources assistance records management and communications conducting quality assessment and developing the quality management and quality assurance standards for International Organization for Standardization registration and planning the reorganization of the operations of an establishment.
