I m looking for a roommate. I have a small 2 bdrm 1 bath trailer home in a trailer park. I m looking to rent out the bigger room. It has one closet the other closet is the water heater . It has a queen size bed built in dresser. You must have a job or receive disability benefits. Must clean up after yourself and able to pay your part of rent and other bills. Rent is 350.00 that includes rent water sewer trash WiFi and electric I have 1 indoor outdoor cat and 1 inside cat and 1 small dog shes 11yrs old. so no more animals please. Must be a non cigarette smoker clean and reliable. So for 350.00 a month you can have a peaceful place to rest your head. You buy and cook your on food and clean up your own messes as I do have a worker that comes in to help me clean my areas. Serious inquiries only must be able to pass a background check plus a 25.00 application fee and a 75.00 deposit plus first months rent. The room is clean and in good condition. I m not sure of the square footage but a queen size bed fits in there with a little bit of space to be able to put a TV. The dresser is built in.
