Pay Only Time and Materials I charge 30 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. You pay only time and materials for your project. 10% senior discount. 30 years experience in residential construction remodel and repair. I arrive on time and ready to be put to work. Carpentry of all kinds minor plumbing and electrical tile and masonry appliance installation home detailing and customer service. NOTE I do not contract make bids or estimates in anyway. The State provides for both Work by hour and Work by Job. I work for property owners as Owner Builder according to the California Business and Professions Code which allows the property owner to act as contractor and hire who they want. The job is done only when the property owner is satisfied. If permits are required I work with clients to draw plans and get them approved from the building dept.
