s www.globalchannelmanagement.com jobopeningsjobs(at)globalchannelmanagement.co mAssociate Brand Manager needs CPG experienceAssociate Brand Manager requires Ideally hair CPG knowledge of the market via competitive intelligence Packaging R& D and Finance Brand management Associate Brand Manager duties Supports in the management of a portfolio of 3 brands taking a master brand approach while ensuring distinct differentiation across the brands Monitors performance of 3 brands via IRI analysis and sales insights including competitors across our retailers deriving key learnings and recommendations Makes recommendation for line extensions across 3 brands based on consumer & category insights as well as market trends working in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales Strategy Packaging R& D and Finance Ensures current knowledge of the market via competitive intelligence to translate into new innovations opportunities for the brand Supports in the coordination of existing communication campaigns and development of new social media campaigns Works with Shopper Marketing E-commerce on executing and monitoring support plans across all retailers from POS to digital Assists with preparation of customer visits line reviews as well as any additional sell-in materials (i.e comps) Supports in preparation of business reviews and other ad hoc top management presentations Coordinates coupon plans across all Hair teams aligns and executes promo plans while deriving key learnings for future plans Serves as key finance contact to support budget consolidation across all beauty teams Maintains and updates Trend Wall and Beauty subscriptions while encouraging teams to provide their inputs and ideas
