HealthCare Partners is looking for an Urogynecology Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant to join our Women s Division within our multi-specialty medical organization in Las Vegas. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant your work scope will include but not limited to the ability to describe and document findings found in physical exams obtain comprehensive urogynecology history from women who report pelvic floor symptoms at both new and return visits including assessment of quality of life and symptom bother provide patient education counsel identify resources strong communication skills. Strong communications proficient with electronic health records detailed oriented and formulate treatment plans under the urogynecologist physician.
